As a serial entrepreneur, Rick brings a clear operator’s lens to strategy, supply chain, and compliance to building a company that values integrity over shortcuts and long-term impact over quick wins.

At PEARL, Tanya turns ideas into action by blending her love of structure with a get-it-done mindset. Drawing on experience across the wellness, hospitality and technology sectors to build systems that empower people and scale sustainably. With more than 15 years of operational leadership, she’s led on-site and global teams, streamlined digital workflows, and shaped cultures built on clarity, collaboration, and a healthy dose of humor.

After dealing with multiple injuries over the years, Alex discovered peptides in 2022 and they completely changed his life. That experience sparked a passion for regenerative medicine and educating practitioners.
